2. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section.

To enter into a contract through our website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken: you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout; There will be options of direct bank transfer and cheque payment,once payment is done the order is considered placed, how ever it is highly recommended to contact us before purchase, you can ask advice and assistance from our teamat any time.

We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.

1. Our prices are quoted on our website.

2. We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.

3. All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated exclusive of VAT.

4. It is possible that prices on the website may be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.

5. In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge depending on the order value and the delivery location, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force. Please contact us for more details.

Payments

1. You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order.

2. Payments may be made by any of the permitted methods specified on our website from time to time.

Deliveries

We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify within UAE,if its Free delivery.   GCC/Worldwide Shipping

Request a Shipping and Delivery Quote to Your Country For shipping to GCC or Worldwide, please contact us for shipping cost quotation. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Return

Goods that have been made to order in a specific finish or upholstery color as per customer’s specifications cannot be returned. Stock items can be returned provided that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order provided the item is returned within 3 days from delivery. The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all its original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused shall mean there are no marks on the items or signs of wear and use. The item shall be returned at the charge of the customer. We can collect at a charge to be agreed with our Customer Care personnel.

If your order is received damaged or defective, we will endeavor to repair it or a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as soon as possible. No claims whatsoever shall be entertained for a replacement for damaged or missing goods unless it is notified to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. The manufacturer’s warranty on faulty goods remains valid for the period it is given. Once an order has been placed, it will not in most cases be possible to change the order whatever the reason (ex: mistake, change of mind about colour/ size) if it has entered into the production process. Naturally, we will use our best endeavors to intervene and try and assist you with your request. If client fails to take delivery of any product on any scheduled delivery date, maximum amount of AED 400/Day storage charge will apply.

• لا يمكن إرجاع البضائع التي تم تصنيعها للطلب بلون تشطيب أو تنجيد معين حسب مواصفات العميل. يمكن إرجاع عناصر المخزون بشرط أن يتم إعلامنا في غضون 24 ساعة من استلام طلبك بشرط أن يتم إرجاع العنصر في غضون 3 أيام من التسليم. يجب أن يكون المنتج الذي قمت بإرجاعه في حالة جديدة وغير مستخدمة مع استمرار إرفاق جميع عبواته الأصلية وعلامات المنتج. يعني الجديد وغير المستخدم عدم وجود علامات على العناصر أو علامات التآكل والاستخدام. يجب إرجاع العنصر على نفقة العميل. يمكننا التحصيل مقابل رسوم يتم الاتفاق عليها مع موظفي خدمة العملاء لدينا.
